Admission Requirements and Procedures

GENERAL ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

TO HELP PARENTS AND STUDENTS AMIDST THE PANDEMIC, IJA HAS RELAXED REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW STUDENT APPLICANTS.

Entrance Test is waived for new applicants.

Report Card (Form 138)

Philippine Statistics Autority(PSA) Birth Certificate

Transferees should have good academic standing.

ADDITIONAL ADDMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Apart from the General Admission requirements, there are additional requirements and guidelines for admission based on the grade level.

PRE-SCHOOL

Applicants will be admitted on a "first come, first served" basis provided they meet the age requirement of the grade level by June of the school year.

Nursery: 3 Years Old
Pre-Kinder: 4 YEars Old
Kinder: 5 Years Old

GRADE SCHOOL

Applicants for Grade 1 will be admitted upon passing general requirements and success of the Reading Test and interview. The child must be 6 years old by august if the school year.

Admissions for grades 2 to 6 are based on open slots apart from passing the general requirements.

HIGH SCHOOL (JHS/SHS)

Applicants for Grades 7 and 11 will be admitted upon passing the general requirements and success of the written test and interview.

Applicants for Grades 8 to 10 and 12 are taken into consideration for admission on a case to case basis.

REQUIEMENTS FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS

Foregin Students are welcome to send their applications.

Authenticated Academic School Records/Documents (with English translation)
Photocopy or photo of student's current passort (Bio-data page and latest arrival page with stamp).

Validated Alien Certificate of Registration(ACR)/I-Card.
For Dual Citizens: Photocopy of Philippine passport and Certificate of Recognition as a Filipino Citizen.
